A force for good - BMF in the community

From Hyde Park in London to Heaton Park in Manchester, the Downs in Bristol to Boscombe Beach, British Military Fitness classes take place in picturesque public parks and outdoor spaces, surrounded by the community of which we are a highly visible part. As a result, we’ve always made sure that we are a force for good – both at a national and local level. Over the past 12 years, our instructors and members have undertaken community and charity work and fundraising for a wealth of different causes and organisations.

Trees for Cities

British Military Fitness has a strong relationship with Trees for Cities, helping with tree planting projects in local parks across the UK.

During September 2011, British Military Fitness donated a tree for every new membership it sold, resulting in Trees for Cities accepting a £6,000 donation. The instructors and members regularly support our initiatives by getting stuck in helping us to plant trees and orchards across the UK.

A first!

We established the first ever fitness class for the homeless with King George Hostel for the Homeless in Westminster, London, while a group of instructors raised over £24k for Help for Heroes in their attempt to smash the record for the London to Paris ‘Enduroman’ challenge.

Other good causes we’ve helped..

We have both run and supported numerous fundraising events and activities for charities such as Royal Marines Charity, Commando Spirit, Raleigh International, Barchester Healthcare, Well Child, and the Hot Course Foundation to name a few.
