I love BMF, everyone gets on well; it is more sociable than a gym, especially when you are giving someone a piggy back! Emily Ogden
BMF is certainly the most fun I've had for fitness exercise. You and your colleagues are doing a great job Nick Littlewood
As a marathon runner this is the best type of training for me Didier Manier
BMF is not just for the super fit, nor is it run by army sergeants screaming at you Full Metal Jacket style Alex Herbert
Why didn't I do this before? Susan Wilson
To give you more of a feel about what goes on in a BMF class we put together some video footage of what you can expect from a beginner, intermediate and advanced BMF class. Robin Cope, MD of British Military Fitness, introduces each of the videos.

In the beginner class, we are trying to get you used to exercising either from scratch or to get you back into fitness. The instructor, as well as the rest of the group, will encourage and motivate you to get the most out of your hour.
In the intermediate class we are looking to build on your fitness levels. The classes are run at a slightly faster pace and you will notice the increase in tempo.
In the advanced class we really are looking to push back the boundaries in fitness terms. You must be fit to take this class and will be in a group who really like to go for it!
