Case Study One: Team Three Peaks Challenge
A media company looking to raise money as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility programme, and develop their team, approached BMF Events looking for a solution. BMF put together a bespoke Three Peaks Challenge for the company and put together a full package, including all transportation, accommodation and food, as well as fully qualified Military Mountain Leaders to guide the teams up and down the mountains.
The teams had a fantastic trip and are planning to make the challenge an annual event in their company.
Case Study Two: Team Off-Site Day
A finance client with a new team was looking for an off-site day with a difference. They required space for a meeting in the morning but wanted an afternoon with activities that would allow their team to get to know each other better, push them out of their comfort zones and work together in teams.
BMF Events took the group to one of its partner properties in the South East, where the team gathered for their meeting in a conference space on-site in the morning then enjoyed an afternoon of competitive activities run by our BMF Instructors, ranging from a Military-style gun run race to a challenge to build and race a raft across a lake with limited resources and various cryptic clues to solve along the way. The day finished with a tug-of-war and a BBQ in the sunshine. The team had a fantastic day out and worked closely with colleagues they had not had the opportunity to work with before.
