BMF Christmas Ball 2008

ALL TICKETS NOW SOLD OUT!!!

After the success of our Valentine's Day Ball in February, and the huge demand for similar functions throughout the year, we are hosting a Christmas ball in November this year.

The theme for the night is "Hollywood", and everyone must wear a 'hint of Hollywood' for the evening.

The details are as follows:

Saturday 29 November 2008
8pm
Fulham Town Hall - directly across from Fulham Broadway Tube
Black Tie with a 'hint of Hollywood'
£40.00pp (No concessions or discounts)

Included in your ticket price:

Free champagne between 8pm and 9pm
Food served until 11pm - served with 'a hint of Hollywood' by our friends at Grazing
DJ until 1am in the main hall
Music and Champagne Cocktails in the upstairs bar until midnight
Onsite photographer to snap all the memorable moments

Charity

CLIC Sargent (Charity Registration Number:1107328) have come on board as our chosen charity for our BMF Christmas Ball.

CLIC Sargent is the UK's leading children's cancer charity. They provide the widest range of services and the highest number of care professionals to look after children and young people with cancer and their families. Their research looks at ways of improving treatment and managing side-effects, to help patients and to improve quality of life for survivors.

CLIC Sargent will be collecting a gold coin donation for items left in the cloak room. They will also recieve £1 from any photos purchased during the evening from our professional photographer.

Drinks

The bar will be open until 1am. Similar to our Valentine's Day ball, all drinks will be sold at reasonable prices by the bottle, not by glass. (Beer £2, Bottled Wine £10). This keeps the costs down drastically as we can manage our own bar, but means we do not have the facilities to sell by the glass.

Photography

Our resident BMF photographer Phil O'Connor will be onsite for the evening to snap all those 'Hollywood' moments. As usual, you will be able to purchase prints directly from Phil through his website. He is hoping to have all images loaded by Sunday afternoon, however if you can't see them at this time, check again 1st thing Monday.
