South Wales Weekend

Our 2009 South Wales Weekend is now full. Please keep checking our website for further planned social weekends away.

 

After the success of our South Wales Weekend in September 2008, we are planning another weekend for September 2009. Once again, we are heading to Llangorse in South Wales for a social / adventure weekend on September 25 - 27 2009.

Llangorse is found in the Brecon Beacons, and the area is stunning. The Brecon Beacons National Park offers 1242 miles of public paths over 520 square miles of spectacular scenery. All activities we have planned are within the Park's boundaries.

We will be horse riding, walking, taking on a high ropes course and getting wet and muddy on a water activity we have planned!

Our accommodation is dormitory style and part of large 12th century farmhouse. The farmhouse is basic, but fully equip with bathrooms, kitchen, eating area and a social area. Fingers crossed for gorgeous weather as there is also an outside area with BBQs!

The basics:

  • Dates: Friday 25 - Sunday 27 September 2009

  • Location: Llangorse, Brecon, South Wales

  • Activities: High ropes, water activity, horse riding, walking

  • Meet Point: West Brompton Tube at 17:00hrs Friday 25 September

  • Returning: Approximately 16:00hrs Sunday 27 September

Cost per person: £260.00

Included: All meals, activities, return coach transfer from London, accommodation, BMF instructors to ensure you have a great time!

Not included: Sleeping bags, sheets, towels & Alcohol!

If you are based outside of London and wish to make your own way to South Wales for the weekend, please contact Lou for further details. Unfortunately, due to the package we have put together, there is no reduction in cost if you will not be travelling on our return coach from London.
