BMF are proud to announce our first ever Summer Party in London! This is going to be THE event of the Summer and is set to be a glitzy, glamourous and exciting night full of dancing, drinks and food on the river. This is a great excuse for a night out together with old and new friends - the Summer Party is open to anyone and not just our members, and you're welcome to bring along partners, friends and colleagues - the more the merrier!

The theme for our night is Bling! Pull out your best dresses and suits, sparkly bling jewellery and accessories, and dress up like true Hollywood kings and Divas! Or think Hip Hop Kings and Queens, with gold medallions, bling rings, moustaches and glimmering jewels galore! Dress in your finest for a glitzy and glam party on the river!

Entry to exclusive marquee
Unlimited free wine and bottled beer at the bar from 7pm to 8pm (limited to four drinks per visit)
Barbeque with burgers and salads
DJ from 7pm until 1am
Special reduced drinks prices at the bar on selected brands
Onsite photographer with accessories for you to dress up in and to snap all the memorable moments!

The Venue

Our venue is the Sugar Quay marquee located on the north side of the river a short walk from Monument Tube Station. The marquee is directly opposite HMS Belfast and overlooks Tower Bridge and the South Bank. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the river, as well as decking areas for you to enjoy some drinks outside as the sun goes down. The exact location of the venue will be emailed to you nearer the time of the event.

Drinks

Your entry price includes unlimited bottles of beer and glasses of wine at the bar for the first hour so make sure you arrive promptly! The only condition to the unlimited drinks is that you order no more than four at each visit to the bar. We have also arranged reduced drinks prices on certain brands for the rest of the night (Becks & Budweiser: £3.20, Bulmers: £3.80, House wine: £3.50, Spirits & mixers: £3.80, softs from £1.80).

Photography

Our resident BMF photographer will be onsite for the evening to snap all the bling outfits in action. As usual, you will be able to purchase prints directly through the photographer's website, which we will give you details of nearer the time. We are hoping to have all images loaded by the Sunday afternoon after the party, however if you can't see them at this time, check again first thing Monday.

World Cup

On the night of the party there will be the play-off for 3rd / 4th place in the World Cup. We have arranged for a screen to be showing the match at the venue for the die-hard football fans, or for most of us if England is playing!

We are expecting our Summer Party to sell out fast, so jump in early to avoid disappointment. Similar to our previous balls and parties, we are selling male and female tickets separately. Please ensure you purchase the correct male or female ticket, as you can only enter on the night with the correct gender ticket you have purchased.

On the evening there will be a guest list at the door that will display all the names of purchased tickets. Simply show your shop ID number to enter.
