It’s great to see that people are committing to training in the autumnal conditions. If you haven’t already checked them out then do have a look at the winter training videos we’ve made, as well as the top tips that you can download from the BMF website. We’ve also added more daylight classes to the bigger parks, so keep your BMF routine up. This month we are offering to train sports teams or clubs that you play for. So if you think that your team mates and club might be interested in a training session with a difference then please get in touch. We promise that the emphasis will be on team building exercises, not team thrashing! Similarly, if your company or organisation wants a demonstration class taken where you work, or close by, then this may be something that we can stretch to. Think of the kudos you will get from your colleagues! Well done to all of you who ran in the London Military 5K-10K Series and good luck to all of you competing in the Northern Military 5K-10K Series this weekend. This year the events promise to be better than ever with more people signing up and greater variety in the courses. Thanks again for your continued support.
