Personal Training

We would strongly encourage everyone to try a free lesson first. There is nothing to beat the fun, team atmosphere of a BMF session!

However, If you are looking for a more tailored approach to any aspect of your personal fitness training, we can offer you either 'one on one' or small group sessions with our qualified personal trainers. Sessions must be bought in blocks of 10. Training always takes place outdoors in a local park.

If you are looking to train for a specific event (e.g. marathon, triathlon etc) then your instructor will work with you towards this goal.

Pricing depends on the region and how many people will be attending the sessions, but each participant will get the full benefit of a dedicated professional trainer.
