Running Clubs
We currently run running clubs in the London area. If you are outside the London area but are interested in participating in a running club, please contact us.
The aim of the running clubs is two-fold:
- To improve existing members' running skills
- To offer additional training to those entered into fun-runs, marathons, triathlons etc.

Who can take part?
We would encourage all of our members at these locations to take part, whether it is to improve their competitive running or for the less fit, to increase fitness levels and weight loss. It also adds to the variety of the existing classes. On your first visit to the running club, the instructors will give you a time trial as a benchmark from which to improve.
How much is it?
There is no additional cost for existing members as these are considered as normal weekly sessions.
