QUALIFICATIONS:
Premier Diploma In Personal Training, foundation certificate in fitness instruction, fitness trainer award inc. special populations, REP level 3 sport specific, REP level 3 weight management, nutritional advisor, NAR certificate in sport massage and therapy, first aid at work, American association of snowboard instructors level 1, snowboard and ski body biomechanics, REPS Level 3 Registered.
' Matt began his career in the fitness industry in 1998 where he left UK shores to train as a Snowboard Instructor in Mammoth Mtn, California. Matt returned to the UK and joined the British Army and passed Commando Training. His background makes his expertise in fat loss and weight management. Also as a regular participant in Marathons, Ironman Triathlons, and Winter Sports Matt can write effective Sport Specific Programmes for You to reach your sporting goals. Matt is studying a five year degree in Osteopathy at Oxford Brooks University ensuring you the client receive safe and effective personal training '

Mike Grieves

QUALIFICATIONS:
Mike is a PTI, Premier qualified Personal Trainer, Sport massage therapist, SAQ Trainer, ASA Swimming Teacher and Mountain Leader.
Mike completed 22 years sevice rising through the ranks to Sergeant Major. He spent a large amount of his career preparing soldiers physically for all arms pre parachute selection. Mike is a keen boxer and represented the Army and Combined Services. He is now an accomplished fell runner coming 4th in the Cheviot 2000 race.
