QUALIFICATIONS:
I first got into the health and fitness industry in 1990 when I gained a Dip in Sport leisure coaching and management. Since then I have explored many avenues within the health and fitness industry from gym instructor, swimming teacher, fitness manager and personal trainer to name but a few.
I have the experience and qualifications to help many people with different levels of fitness and abilities reach their goals. Since gaining a Premier dip. nearly 6 years ago, and various other qualifications, I am confident in most areas of health and welbeing. The areas that I enjoy most are weight loss, muscle gain (gym environment needed), and any sport specific needs. Most injury rehabilitation would be considered.
PARKS:
I will travel to most areas within NW London and the surrounding counties. With Hyde and Battersea park being my central London limitations.

Australian army full time physical training instructor with Australian paras for 6 ½ years. Military roping and climbing instructor. Military mountain leader.Cert 3 in fitness with fitness institute of Australia (F.I.A). Cert. 4 in fitness (personal training) with F.I.A. Advanced Boxercise instructor. Open water /river kayak/canoe instructor. First aid current. Cert. 4 in sports massage with F.I.A.

Ben is extremely passionate about fitness and in particular combat sports and would be well suited to those who want to learn or improve their boxing/kickboxing skills. Premier Diploma in Personal Training incorporating; Foundation in Fitness Instruction, Sports Nutrition, Fitness Trainer Award and Sports Massage Therapy Certificate.

The training is tough but at the same time it is fun and rewarding. Sessions incorporate highly effective training methods and the client could find themselves doing anything from aerobic conditioning to martial arts.

John has more than 12 years' experience in the fitness industry in London as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and fitness lecturer. He has taught classes for British Military Fitness since 1998.
