BMF PERSONAL TRAINING AGREEMENT
1. All personal training should be arranged via the office and instructors are not to be approached directly.
2. All personal training sessions must be paid for as a block of ten sessions in advance, and at the current rate applicable to the area of the country you are in. Introductions to instructors are on an informal basis to start with. If you decide to engage the instructor then the full block of ten sessions must be purchased.
3. A health questionnaire must be completed and given to the instructor before your first session.
4. A copy of the Personal Training Agreement must be signed IN PERSON by the instructor and client before the start of the first session.
5. If less than 24 hours notice is given for the cancellation of a booked session, you will have to pay the full cost of that session.
6. You can change the time of a booked session within the 24 hours notice period, with the instructors agreement. However, if the instructor is not able to fit you in on the same day, this will be regarded as a cancellation and the cancellation rule above will apply.
7. The personal training sessions should be used withing 12 months of purchase.
8. The initial block of ten personal training sessions will be paid for in two separate amounts. Half the cost is paid to British Military Fitness and the other half is paid to the instructor. Then, going forward, the training takes place with payment going entirely to the personal trainer for each block of sessions.
