Welcome to BMF in Wellington Place, Leeds
David Burke, Park Manager
David served for five years in the 19th Regiment, Royal Artillery. He joined BMF in 2008. He has also represented Leeds on ITV’s physical challenge game show ‘Simply the Best’; beating the Sheffield competitor in the final to win a £50k prize for a local Leeds charity. The show was intended to be an alternative to Gladiators and was filmed in an outdoor arena in Jersey, hosted by Kirsty Gallagher and Phil Tuffnel. Fortunately for BMF members, a second series was never made, allowing David to concentrate his energy into his BMF classes.
Meeting Point
From Whitehall Road turn into the Wellington Place site pay and display car park. Continue forwards and turn left through the gate immediately before the Marketing Suite. Park beside the all weather 5-a-side football pitch. Parking here is free to all BMF participants.
