BMF instructors all have two things in common - a military background and fitness qualifications. Either currently serving or have served in the UK or Commonwealth armed forces, they all have relevant military or personal training fitness qualifications. A military background also means that our instructors are responsible, knowledgeable and experienced in knowing how to motivate and get the best out of people in all weathers, day or evening.

Our instructors love working outside, meeting new people and the constant challenge of helping existing and new members to achieve their health and fitness goals.

BMF runs it's own continuous professional development training and assessment to ensure that our instructors are always up to date with the latest fitness techniques and methods. Which means that they are able to run innovative, varied classes which are challenging and fun for those taking part.
