Watch a class
Here’s where you can watch a BMF class. Before you do, remember that you don’t need to be fit to try BMF. We often hear people saying ‘I’ll need to do some training before I come!’ which is just not true. What’s more - don't worry if motivation is a problem – because we're here to help you, whatever you fitness level. We guarantee you’ll be made to feel welcome by the group and your BMF instructors.
As you’ll see from the video – you don’t need special kit to train with BMF. An old T-shirt and shorts or tracksuit is ideal. You’ll be warm within 5 minutes of starting the class, so dress accordingly. Some exercises involve getting down on the ground so be prepared to get at least a little bit dirty - it's part of the fun! Unfortunately we can't guarantee the weather but we can guarantee that you'll be sweating by the end of each session so make sure you have a warm top to put on after the session has finished. Some people also like to wear gloves and a hat in winter months.
