Josh left the army in 2009 after serving for a few years in the Princess of Wales Regiment Reserves and The Royal Marine Commandos. Nowadays he focuses his efforts on fitness coupling it with his army experience to give fun and effective BMF sessions. He enjoys watching his members progress, not only in bib colours but in their own goals too; running faster, pushing harder... and Josh loves being part of the journey. In his free time you'll find him competing at endurance events, travelling or in a rugby club!
