British Military Fitness classes take place in the great outdoors in parks throughout the UK. Every BMF class is different, caters for all fitness levels, and our military-trained instructors guarantee results. Participants will be challenged and motivated in a fun and supportive environment.
Wear sports kit and trainers. Bring gloves and a hat if it’s cold.
Arrive 15 minutes before the session for a briefing with your instructor.
Bring your completed health questionnaire to your first session.
We’ll put you in a group with people of a similar fitness level to you.
Each class consists of a warm up, cardio and cool down.
Discuss membership options with your instructor or online.
For people that currently do little or no exercise or are returning to fitness training after a break (i.e. following injury, illness or post natal). We work to the ability of the group.
The sessions are broken down into ability levels (blue, red and green) of around 15 people per instructor - so we welcome anyone from fitness rookies to exercise veterans to give it a go!
