HIIT training is a form of interval training that consists of short burst, high-intensity (maximum effort) anaerobic exercise, with low-intensity recovery periods or rest breaks. It's similar to 'Tabata' and is highly effective for improving aerobic fitness, weight-loss and fat burning.
