FITNESS INSTRUCTOR - NATIONWIDE

Does your current job give you the opportunity to bring people together and inspire positive change by making people fitter and healthier? You could use your military experience to do all this and earn some extra cash in your spare time while continuing your existing full-time career. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional instructors to deliver excellent quality fitness classes to people of all abilities.

We are taking on former and serving members of the Armed Forces, (regular or reserve), and the Emergency Services, ideally with at least a Level 2 fitness qualification, such as Physical Training Instructors from the military. However we do have our own BMF Academy which can provide these qualifications for you. You’ll need to be mega enthusiastic, provide lots of encouragement and be up for a bit of banter. We also expect you to be extremely reliable and provide flexibility.

BMF is a people business so a positive attitude towards customer service is essential and you’ll need to have good comms and people skills. The ability to teach, engage and motivate a group of people is required and we love our instructors to be imaginative when planning classes. Most importantly, you need to be passionate about health and fitness and have a good level of fitness. Being a team player and building a sense of camaraderie is fundamental to the culture at BMF.
