Meeting point

In the Diana Fountain car park. During the winter the vehicle gates are closed at dusk, though BMF are allowed access for their vehicles and have a key. The pedestrian gates remain open until 22:00, so walk in and out of the park in groups.

Bus: A total of 6 buses serve at least one of the numerous stations surrounding the park; 111 Kingston, 216 Kingston, the 411 Kingston that goes along Hampton Court Road, 465 Sandy Lane, X26 Heathrow Express, R68 Hampton Court.  

Train: From Waterloo to Teddington/Hampton Wick/Hampton Court - 5 to 10 minute walk, entering the park through the Sandy Lane Gate

Alex Steele

Alex served 4 years in the RAF as a Regiment Gunner and deployed on Op Herrick to Afghanistan in 2013. He joined BMF as a member in 2011 to boost his fitness prior to basic training. He then joined as an instructor in 2016 and has instructed in most parks across London. Alex enjoys training and competing in CrossFit, and loves seeing members push themselves to reach their full potential.
