Why do outdoor fitness?
We meet in the car park across the road from the actual park. At the end closest to the river just South of the A316. We then walk/run over the pedestrian bridge into the park itself.
Please be advised that you are not allowed to use the Pools on the Park gym toilets or changing facilities unless you are a member of the gym.

Train: Richmond overland is less than 15 minutes walk.
Tube: Richmond Tube is less than 15 minutes walk.
On Bank holidays Old Deer Park sessions are cancelled and replaced with a session in Richmond Park at 0930
Alex served 4 years in the RAF as a Regiment Gunner and deployed on Op Herrick to Afghanistan in 2013. He joined BMF as a member in 2011 to boost his fitness prior to basic training. He then joined as an instructor in 2016 and has instructed in most parks across London. Alex enjoys training and competing in CrossFit, and loves seeing members push themselves to reach their full potential.
