Your training plans

To ensure The Major's events are suitable for all fitness abilities, I have put together training plans to help you build both your fitness levels and your confidence to take on the Woodland Warfare or Amphibious Assault challenges. Simply select the training plan relevant to your existing level of fitness and step to it quick sharp.

Why not gather your battalion for some training - after all, teamwork makes the dream work and there's little I enjoy more than training with my troops. If you're struggling to find a team, simply try one of the free classes available from my battle partners, British Military Fitness - and who knows, you may well find a whole new battalion amongst the recruits there.
