Your training plans

To ensure The Royal British Legion Major Series is suitable for all fitness abilities, I have put together a 5k and 10k training plan to help you build both your fitness levels and your confidence to take on my Major Series.

Why not gather your battalion for some training - after all, teamwork makes the dream work and there's little I enjoy more than training with my troops. If you're struggling to find a team, simply try one of the free classes available from my battle partners, British Military Fitness - and who knows, you may well find a whole new battalion amongst the recruits there.
