What if I’ve not run since school?

Our running clubs, just like British Military Fitness classes, are suitable for all fitness levels. We’re here to help you start your journey so bring your trainers and a willingness to take part and we’ll do the rest!

 

What is the class like??

Every class is varied so there’s no exact format. You should expect a group warm up followed by a mixture of running drills, exercises to strengthen your core muscles, speed work, team work as well as some education and theory to explain why you’re doing specific drills. There will be a water break half way through and a cool down at the end.

 

Is it for beginners?

Yes, it’s for all fitness abilities with the desire to get fitter and faster. No one will be left behind and you’ll receive encouragement throughout from qualified running instructors and members alike.
