Before the session:

  1. Our 1-hour class is planned with a 10-minute warmup, 40 minutes of cardio, strength, resistance, and teamwork followed by a 10-minute cooldown.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes before the session to meet your instructors, complete a health questionnaire and find out what to expect during the class.
  3. We'll introduce you to other members and split you into ability groups with people of a similar fitness level to yourself.

During the session:

  1. You just need to wear sports kit and trainers for the session. If it's cold, bring gloves and a hat.
  2. We provide water and a water break during the class, ensure you hydrate before the sessions though.
  3. We'll securely store all your valuables during the class so you can focus on the session.

After the session:

  1. Speak to our instructor after the class to find out about what membership packages are available to you. You can sign up with the instructor in the park after the class, so bring your details with you.
