British Military Fitness was founded in April 1999 as an alternative form of group fitness training to gyms. The idea was, and still is, to get people of all fitness abilities outdoors training in parks. Our aim is to give everyone a fun and effective form of training using the professional skills and motivation learnt in the military to get people fit.
We are now taking this concept directly to corporate partners’ doorsteps by running sessions in the workplace.
Our mission is to get the UK’s workforce fit and healthy by teaming up with our partners to deliver a bespoke package to suit their shift patterns, environment and budget.
