Cofton Park is dominated by a large hill in the middle which drops down very steeply on the other side - perfect for hill sprints! We have regular running classes throughout the year as well as boxing and slam ball sessions during the summer.

Steve Davis

Steve served in The 3rd Batallion Mercian Regiment for 4 years and was based in Hampshire as well as North Germany. He worked his way up to Lance Corporal and Physical Training Instructor before serving in Afghanistan in 2011. Steve enjoys learning about people's fitness and aims to help them achieve their fitness goals. When Steve's not in the park he can be found playing football and spending time with his wife and rescue dog Riley.

Meeting Point

From M42, Junction 2, exit north onto Birmingham Road (A441).  Turn left onto Longbridge Lane (B4096) and turn left at the next roundabout onto Groveley Lane.  Follow to t-junction, turn right and then immediate left into the main car park.

From Birmingham, follow Bristol Road South (A38) and exit onto Lickey Road (B4120) at Bourneville College. Take the next left onto Lowhill Lane and then turn right into main car park.
