Welcome to Red House Park Great Barr

Red House Park has a varied terrain, including ‘The Epic Hill’ up to The Red House as well as the cross-country route to the ‘Tree Row of Pure Pain and Fun’. The most glorious land mark of them all however is the famous white monument on top of a very steep hill. With so many landmarks and features, every BMFer will be pushed to reach their goals.

Dean spent 6 years in the Royal Corps of Signals as a PTI, where he was involved in sport throughout. He loves helping members along their health and fitness path, making sure they work hard together but never forgetting to make sure they enjoy it along the way. Dean has a passion for being active, taking on new challenges and endurance events whenever he can.

Meeting point is off Newton Road on Pages Lane entrance to Red House Park, meeting in the car park.


From M6 Junction 7

Exit the M6 at junction 7 and head south onto the A34 (Birmingham Road). At the main cross roads turn right onto the A4041 (Newton Road). Follow for 500m and then do a U-turn then take the first left, car park entrance is on the left.

From Birmingham

Follow A34 North. At the main cross roads turn left onto the A4041 (Newton Road). Follow for 500m and then do a U-turn then take the first left, car park entrance is on the left.
