Nasir Unia

Nasir started at BMF in July 2012 after serving as an Infantryman in the 1st Battalion Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. He has a passion for outdoor sports, fancying himself as a surfer and screaming like a big girl on every one of his parachute jumps.
With a natural ability to motivate just about anyone with his infectious enthusiasm and fun classes, he attributes the great atmosphere at Sutton Park to his fantastic team of instructors, who share his passion for helping members push beyond their limiting beliefs.Some say he dances like Elvis and can perform burpees in his sleep. The meeting point is through the Boldmere Gate entrance, past the pub and car park is on the left.

Directions: From Sutton town centre - Follow Jockey Road (A453) towards Birmingham. Turn right at Sutton Park pub onto Stonehouse Road and follow through Boldmere gate to meeting point.

From Birmingham: Follow A34 north then turn onto A453 to Sutton Coldfield. Turn left at Sutton Park pub onto Stonehouse Road and follow through Boldmere gate to meeting point.
