Park Manager

Jason Hayward

Jason served as a Royal Marines Commando many moons ago and after a spell in the building trade he returned to the fitness industry. Jason joined BMF in March 2008 and along with being a Personal Trainer he also has a Bsc.Hons in Sports Therapist.

Class Times

In Saturday session there will be a static BMF session for more targeted strength training and members with running injuries. Due to the additional kit involved this class will be limited to 20 participants on a first come first served basis.
