Les Smith

Les started BMF as a member in 2006 and enjoyed it so much that when the opportunity arose to become an instructor he grabbed it with both hands. Prior to BMF, he served as a Gunner with the RAF regiment in Central America, Germany and Northern Ireland. During his time in the military he played rugby for the combined services whilst in Belize and boxed for his squadron. He loves meeting new people especially when they first come to BMF and say 'I am not very fit', then over a course of a few months they start doing things they never thought possible. He also enjoys circuit training and exercising with his sons and colleagues.

Class Times

In Saturday session there will be a static BMF session for more targeted strength training and members with running injuries. Due to the additional kit involved this class will be limited to 20 participants on a first come first served basis.
