Come and join our friendly BMF community for a workout like no other. Each week you’ll be put through a challenging and fun workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running. Serious fun is guaranteed!

Les Smith

Les started BMF as a member in 2006 and enjoyed it so much that when the opportunity arose to become an instructor he grabbed it with both hands. Prior to BMF, he served as a Gunner with the RAF regiment in Central America, Germany and Northern Ireland. During his time in the military he played rugby for the combined services whilst in Belize and boxed for his squadron. He loves meeting new people especially when they first come to BMF and say 'I am not very fit', then over a course of a few months they start doing things they never thought possible. He also enjoys circuit training and exercising with his sons and colleagues.

Class Times

There will be a BMF Boxing Session every Sunday at 09:30 alongside the regular BMF class. You will need your own gloves.

Meeting Point

Meet at the junction of Goldstone Crescent and Woodruff Avenue. Please note The Droveway is on both sides of the park, we meet on the eastern side.

Postcode for your Sat nav: BN3 6LS - these are as close to the meeting point as we can get so please use the map as well.

Public Transport

Bus: Nearest bus stop is at Goldstone Business Park.
Train: Five minute walk from Hove Station.
