Miles Westbrook

Miles is a former Royal Engineer and now a personal trainer. A keen sportsman, having played 18 years of rugby and 12 of Aussie rules football. He's now hung up his boots, and is never happier than watching the rugby with a cold pint of Guiness. Miles has a outstanding team at Blackheath with tens of years of experience, they will provide challenging but fun classes.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is the only car park in Lloyd Park, the entrance is on the Coombe Road A212. There is the Lloyd Park Tramlink station at the entrance to the car park which has direct links to East Croydon train station on route 3.

Postcode for your satnav is: CR0 5RA (This will lead to 78a Coombe Road which is directly opposite the entrance to Lloyd Park.)
