Mike Toye

Mike served with the 1st Battalion Royal Welch Fusiliers for 6 years, including operational tours in Northern Ireland and Iraq, as well as exercises in Canada, Kenya, Cyprus and America. The thing he loves most about being a BMF instructor is the satisfaction on his members’ faces when they achieve things that they never knew they could do. In his spare time Mike enjoys football and plays for St Albans FC in the south Wales senior league.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
