David McDowell

Dave joined the The Royal Irish Regiment in 1998 and went on to have a very successful career serving all over the world on operations and exercises. As a BMF instructor he loves nothing more than having the ability to transform people’s lives and showing them that fitness can be fun and rewarding. He encourages his members to not only achieve their goals but smash them! He enjoys nothing more than competing in endurance events, from marathons all the way up to Ultra-Marathons. Boxing, football and rugby also feature heavily in his spare time.
