Just like our outdoor sessions, the indoor classes are designed to offer an authentic military style of fitness led by our highly-trained BMF instructors. The classes are ideal for members who are looking for an alternative to training in all weather conditions. They are also great as added variety to our outdoor classes and offer just as fun and challenging a workout.

Matt Turnell

Matt spent 11 years as an Army Physical Training Instructor, during which time he participated in various sports whilst in the Army including boxing, athletics, rugby, and the tug of war. He worked in various countries including Cyprus, Germany, Bosnia, and Norway. His last Army posting was at ATR Lichfield where he worked for 3 years in the Recruit Selection Centre and 3 years in the ATR training recruits. Matt prides himself on being friendly and approachable. His aim is to conduct fun based sessions for all ability groups. He gets a real sense of achievement “in helping other members to improve their personnel fitness, and seeing members working together as a team.”

Meeting Point

The meeting point is at the main car park in Finham Park School.

Directions: Follow the A429 South from War Memorial Park. Turn left onto A45 (Kenpas Highway) and follow for 1km. Turn right on Bathway Road, this leads to Finham Park School.
