Darley Park is an inner city park with a rural look. There are not only varying hills, but also large open areas, to ensure no 2 sessions are the same. With around 150 members, Darley Park also boasts big social events for members to meet each other (without the mud!) and let their hair down.

Nigel started working for BMF in February 2008. Prior to that he had served for six years with the Worcester Forester Regiment. He is also a former basketball international who enjoys visiting Germany for its 'fantastic beer and cake'. Woody loves taking blue classes and seeing new members experience BMF training for the first time.

From the 2nd January 2016

If you are travelling from the West on the A601 ring road, take the exit onto Mansfield Road then the second left turn onto City Road. The carpark is at the end of the road as you turn right onto Old Chester Road.

If you are travelling in from the East on the A52, take the A61 exit at Pentagon Island at the next roundabout take the first exit then the first left onto Mansfield Road. At the next roundabout go straight over onto Old Chester Road the meeting point carpark is approximately 400 metres down on your right just before the left turn onto City Road.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
