Simon Betts

Simon spent 20 years in the Territorial Army serving in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, reaching the exalted heights of Staff Sergeant. Simon joined BMF 3 years ago and is a level 3 personal trainer as well as a GP referral specialist. He now enjoys putting members through their paces, helping them to develop their fitness levels and reach their goals. In his spare time, he enjoys distance running and watching rugby union…. With a cold beer!

Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
