Tony Dandy

Tony started with BMF in 2009, after serving 11 years in the Army with the R.Signals and as a PTI. During this time having postings to Germany, Iraq, N. Ireland, Cyprus and a few other places. He also competed at many sports including Boxing, Athletics, Football and Tug of War. Since leaving the army Tony has set up his own gym, and is also a Martial Arts instructor in TKD and Kick boxing. Tony prides himself in being friendly and approachable, with a somewhat boisterous personality, who has a real passion for anything to do with fitness and health.

We meet on the road leading to the War memorial, opposite the tennis courts and De Montfort Hall.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
