Welcome to Battersea Park

Battersea Park boasts 200 acres of ground to play with and houses some of the more interesting features of the South London parks. Whether you are running along the picturesque kilometre long Thames promenade or taking part in a circuit next to Peace Pagoda, you can rest assured there are plenty of features for you to admire. Our instructors will regularly make use of the steep inclines for hill sprints, as well kettlebells, slam balls, power bags and boxing gear to add an edge to your training.

Leo Licheri-Hood

Leo Licheri-Hood

Leo joined BMF in 2014. Since leaving the Royal Marines in 2013, Leo completed courses in biomechanics, sports injuries and nutrition and has used these skills as a personal trainer and exercise coach. Leo has spent time training first timers to exercise all the way through to professional athletes, including martial artists, competitive runners and fitness models in their preparation for competitions. He loves planning interactive challenging workouts and watching members achieve their goals.

Drinks evenings are held after the fitness assessment on the last Thursday of the month and everyone is welcome!
