BMF thus is very much at home in Norman Park and further strengthens the park's athletic character. Miles Westbrook

Miles is a former Royal Engineer and now a personal trainer. A keen sportsman, having played 18 years of rugby and 12 of Aussie rules football. He's now hung up his boots, and is never happier than watching the rugby with a cold pint of Guiness. Miles has a outstanding team at Bromley and Croydon with tens of years of experience, they will provide challenging but fun classes.

The meeting point is the large car park adjacent to the athletics track, accessible by the Hayes Lane entrance to the park.

Postcode for Sat Nav: BR2 9EG

On Bank Holiday Mondays the 19:00 class will be cancelled and replaced with a 09:30 class.

Public Transport

Bus: The park is short bus journey from Bromley South rail on the number 119 bus. It is also on the 146 bus route.
Train: Bromley South Railway Station and Hayes Railway Station
