Welcome to Clapham Common

There are many reasons why Clapham Common is our most popular park. An idyllic, scenic hub of fitness, the park's mostly flat landscape is well maintained, including football pitches, running trails and foot paths. Within the common lies lakes and the bandstand to run around, making Clapham Common the perfect place to enjoy exercising outdoors. Importantly, the social scene of BMF Clapham is thriving and the park has built up a following of members who like to work hard but play even harder! Legs like jelly, lungs on fire, heart of a lion - this is what BMF is all about, Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase your self-esteem, improve your fitness or meet new people, BMF will deliver every time.

As part of your BMF membership why not take advantage of our three running clubs throughout the week, the Common provides great flat ground for beginners to build your running confidence with our group sessions.

Nick Winter

Nick has been in the military for many years and is still serving in the 4th Battalion, Parachute Regiment. He loves giving people real value for money; real training that actually gets them fit and enhances their lives, rather than selling them a lengthy gym membership that they’ll never use! An interesting fact about Nick is that he was a supporting actor in the Milky Bar adverts - you may recognise that face!
