Each week you’ll be put through a challenging and fun workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running. Serious fun is guaranteed! Lloyd park is a large public green space boasting a pond, woods, a bowling green, football pitches, cafe and kids' playground. So come to Lloyd Park for some breathtaking, natural scenery and an even more breathtaking workout the likes of which you've never experienced before!

Miles Westbrook

Miles is a former Royal Engineer and now a personal trainer. A keen sportsman, having played 18 years of rugby and 12 of Aussie rules football. He's now hung up his boots, and is never happier than watching the rugby with a cold pint of Guiness. Miles has a outstanding team at Bromley and Croydon with tens of years of experience, they will provide challenging but fun classes.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is the only car park in Lloyd Park, the entrance is on the Coombe Road A212. There is the Lloyd Park Tramlink station at the entrance to the car park which has direct links to East Croydon train station on route 3.

Postcode for your satnav is: CR0 5RA (This will lead to 78a Coombe Road which is directly opposite the entrance to Lloyd Park.)

Train: Closest train station is East Croydon from which you can get the tram towards Lloyd Park
