Welcome to Dulwich Park

Dulwich Park is of its original Victorian layout, which is flat with large open spaces. This is coupled with more recent additions, including the public bodyweight equipment, ensuring no two sessions are the same. This is a great park for both Military Fitness classes and also Walkfit sessions as it has extensive pathways making travel around the park a breeze. Whatever you come for, loosing weight, improving your confidence or simply having fun and extending your social circle through fitness, BMF is here to transform your body & mind regardless of your abilities or limitations.

Meeting Point

We meet on the right hand side of the road that enters Dulwich Park, after the big gates and just before the boom barrier. The meeting point is just after the road that leads to the car park and the park's admin buildings.

Public Transport

Bus: The 37 bus stops near North Dulwich station, just walk down College Road and turn left into the park. The P4 and P14 buses stop on Dulwich Common Road, just walk along to College Road and turn right and then right into the park. The 176, 185, 197 and 363 buses all stop on Lordship Lane, which is a short walk from the park.
Train: The nearest overland train stations are West Dulwich Station and North Dulwich Station.

Why BMF?

  • It's Fun

British Military Fitness (BMF) outdoor fitness classes are a proven and trusted way of getting fit, losing weight and feeling great. The average total calories burned during a session across all three groups (blue, red, and green) is 640

  • It's Effective

A lot of people give up on fitness programmes because they become bored. That doesn’t happen at BMF. Variety and making every session different is the key to our success. Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

  • Feel better about yourself

You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
