Welcome to Gunnersbury Park

Gunnersbury Park boasts a beautiful setting for BMF classes. Members should expect to be running around the various water features, pushing their limits with a range of equipment and getting their hearts racing with bodyweight exercises. No two sessions are the same at this park.

Gareth Goffin

Gareth  has served in the Regular and Reserve Army in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and has been a BMF Instructor since 2013. Gareth is a keen runner and has been a running coach for many years. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and endurance sports, and also loves nothing more than to help people reach their personal fitness goals. He is keen to make physical fitness as challenging and  fun as possible and ensures this is brought to life in his BMF sessions through lots of enthusiasm and experience.

Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
