Welcome to Hyde Park

Our instructors sure know how to use what Hyde Park has to offer to make the workout challenging and different every time. We offer 16 classes a week with the addition of two running clubs, powerbag and boxfit classes, as well as a fantastic social scene; there’s always something going on at BMF Hyde Park.

Tatiana Robbins

Tatiana has been  “challenging” BMF members since 2011. She currently serves with the Honourable Artillery Company and she completed a tour of Afghanistan in 2012.

"I am easily distracted when counting down sets and sometimes get stuck on the number 2. I apologize in advance for any muscular soreness you may feel in the morning (who needed to get down those stairs anyway). I get out of bed for burpees and I take enormous pleasure in helping and encouraging others to set goals and achieve them."

A lesser known fact is that she was once a semi-professional snowboarder.

The meeting point is the triangle car park off West Carriage Drive across the Serpentine from the Diana Memorial Fountain.

We have Hyde Park social drinks after the class on the first Wednesday of each month at the Queen's Arms

On Bank Holiday Mondays classes are at 09:00 & 10:30 only, all other classes are cancelled.
