Rob Hammond

Rob Hammond

Rob served in the British Army as a Forward Observer with the Royal Artillery for 6 years. During this time he did a lot of physically demanding training exercises overseas and deployed on an operational tour in Afghanistan. In 2012 he also represented his Regiment in cross country skiing at a national level competing against members from the GB team.  Rob has a real passion for seeing the physical and mental transformations of his members through BMF.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is on Strakers Road, about 50 metres in from the park entrance on Peckham Rye Road East.

Postcode for your Sat nav: SE15 3HZ - do not rely on the postcode as it is not 100% accurate.

On Bank Holiday Mondays the 19:00 class will be cancelled and replaced with a 09:30 class.

    A lot of people give up on fitness programmes because they become bored. That doesn’t happen at BMF. Variety and making every session different is the key to our success. Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
