Welcome to Old Deer Park

Just off the A316, Old Deer Park is accessible and well-lit, making it a great evening park. It is small but has plenty of fences, trees and benches, as well as a small hill for members to be put through their paces, working as a team and having serious fun!

Kev Stokes

Kev Stokes served for 6 years in The 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment and completed operational tours of Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. He joined BMF in 2010, having qualified as a personal trainer, and he now combines this with his responsibilities as a BMF instructor.

Meeting Point

We meet in the car park across the road from the actual park. At the end closest to the river just South of the A316. We then walk/run over the pedestrian bridge into the park itself.

Please be advised that you are not allowed to use the Pools on the Park gym toilets or changing facilities unless you are a member of the gym.

On Bank holidays Old Deer Park sessions are cancelled and replaced with a session in Richmond Park at 0930

Public Transport

Bus: 65 bus stops very nearby.
Train: Richmond overland is less than 15 minutes walk.
Tube: Richmond Tube is less than 15 minutes walk.
