Regarded as the nicest park in London, Richmond Park has everything from flat rugby pitches to steep hills. Set around a beautiful landscape with plenty of wildlife and large areas, BMF sessions don’t get much better than this.

Rob spent 7 years with 59 Commando R.E., which included working within BRF 3 Commando Brigade doing 2 tours of Afghanistan. What Rob loves most about BMF is the banter and training outdoors with people from all different backgrounds – so he is sure to put a smile on your face whilst putting you through your paces! He has been a Personal Trainer for over 3 years and has a wide knowledge on nutrition, ensuring that each of his members reaches their goals. When not at BMF you can find Rob playing football or skydiving.

PLEASE NOTE: From the 26th October 2015, there will be an adjustment to the class timetable. The Saturday morning class at 11:30 will change to 08:30. The rest of the timetable will remain the same.
