Tucked away in Putney on the Thames Path, this 8 hectare gem of a park offers BMF members a more intimate and quiet early morning training experience. The park's natural features and apparatus allow for varied and challenging training sessions.

Chris Millington-Lee

Chris served in the Royal Artillery in an airborne role for 5 years. During that time he passed the arduous pre-parachute selection process, the dreaded P-company, which he now basses all his BMF classes on! After serving in Afghanistan Chris left the army to pursue a role in the fitness industry and found a home at BMF. For Chris some of the perks of being a BMF instructor are getting to see the greener parts of the capital and meeting people from all different walks of life. When not in the parks you can find Chris down the gym trying to get even bigger, although he assures us that this is not possible!

Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
