Tristram Newnham

Tristram joined the armed forces in 2002, where he served in Iraq 2004 as well as Afghanistan in 2007 and 2013. He is still a serving member of the Army Reserves today. He has a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Sciences and immensely enjoys exercise, especially martial arts which he has practiced for 20 years and taught for 15 years. Come on down to the park today and let Tristram put you through your paces!

Fitness Assessment

An optional fitness assessment takes place on the first Thursday of each month at 19:00 from April to October.

Wimbledon drinks are in the 'Pig & Whistle' (corner of Merton Rd and Penwith Rd) after the session on the first Thursday class of each month.
