Luca Grillo

Luca moved from Italy to the UK at the age of 6 and as soon as he was old enough to leave school he immediately joined the British Forces. 

During his time with the Queens Royal Hussars Luca realised his dream of becoming an astronaut was looking increasingly unlikely to pan out, but discovered a new passion for influencing and inspiring people to enjoy fitness. 

Soon after serving in Afghanistan he decided to leave the forces and pursue life as a civvy, where, with his Physical Training Instructor qualifications he has been able to follow his dream with British Military Fitness

During his spare time Luca lives a very active and adventurous life and likes to cycle, swim and train to keep fit and active, he enjoys history and travelling to new places. Luca’s best friend is Ozzy, his dog!

Meeting Point

The meeting point is in the free car park at the junction of Overgate and Avesbury Blvd, just off of Childs Way, Milton Keynes.  The closest post code is MK94AQ but the meeting point is approximately 100m from here

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
